With my personal fitness training, one thing I get asked alot is ‘how can women get a 6 pack?’ Many women try, and fail. Yes, its genetically harder for a lady to get good abs, but its certainly not impossible. With the right approach you can do it easily.

Ive always found that women who want to achieve a 6 pack, tend to be serious about their goals and their training. Its not often that a women whos after a 6 pack, hasnt spent considerable time and effort on their body already.
