Really think you can’t lose weight? Any reasons why you think that you can’t shed a bit of flab? Sadly the majority of people who want to lose weight get it in their heads that they simply can’t lose weight. They think the weight loss demons are stopping them from them from dieting with a magical spell or something.
The sad fact is that secretly they don’t want to lose weight at all. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Openly though, they will still claim to want to lose weight but can’t seem to manage it.

The more food we eat, the more money we spend, the more big industry gets rich. It’s a great formula for big business to get richer and richer. Of course, the simplest way to get us eating more is adding sugar to everything we eat.
Kinda like in a bar when there’s peanuts on the bar so you eat the salt, get thirsty and drink more. So, in conclusion to all this, the fact of the matter is you will lose weight by simply eating slightly less than you burn off. But will you do this on your own? Very doubtful as the willpower level in our culture is rock bottom.

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Usually setup to try and sell you some expensive equipment or diet pills.
The side bend is the usual suspect in the exercise for love handles category. You hold a walking stick or broom above your head and bend from side to side. Simple! You can do side bends all you like but they won’t work.
They will not work if you are just targeting one particular area. Just doing one area will have no effect whatsoever 99% of the time. Lots of people and websites will tell you otherwise though. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.
You will lose weight from your love handles if you incorporate the side bends with an all round workout. If you have a healthy diet as well as a good workout system you will see far better results. It’s a simple fact. Burn more energy than you consume to lose weight.
To consume energy simply means to eat food. Burning energy means using it internally like a fuel, usually done by exercise. You can burn energy off (exercise) with any form of activity.
Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any exercise at all is better than no exercise at all. This is the reason people get fat. They eat calorie laden food and do little or no exercise.
You can do love handle exercises for ever and a day but ignore other areas and you will end up back at square one. I personally turn my nose up at jogging. I see no point in spending hours in pain and shortening the life of your knees. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? His body being found by two smokers passing by. There’s irony for ya!

What worked for me was trying to lose a tiny amount, then a slightly bigger amount, then slightly bigger and so on. Each small step is way easier than a huge (unrealistic) leap.
Body heat. If your body is cold, it’s more likely to store fat. Think of hibernating animals, they store fat to keep them warm and get them over winter. Exercise is clearly the number one way to get warmed up, although sex aint bad! But failing either of them keep yourself wrapped up warm with a few more clothes.
Any of these, or another reason could be why you think you can’t lose weight.You will benefit by getting hold of a step by step system you can stick to.You give yourself every chance of success with a system you can follow.

I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it’s not why I see it in two parts.
Before for me was before I was told I had type two diabetes. One hell of a shock I can tell you. After is everything that came after.
I was in my mid twenties and I was overweight. Not drastically but I was nearly always carrying around an extra 15 to 20 pounds.
I’d been on the diet merry go round many times but I lacked the motivation. Plus I’d brainwashed myself into thinking I can’t lose weight.
I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.
Then came the bombshell of diabetes. I know it’s not the end of the world but at the time it really feels like it.
I was told in no uncertain terms to drop the weight, or suffer. I had to stop thinking I can’t lose weight and start thinking I can lose weight.
Just what was I gonna do? Up until now I believed I can’t lose weight. Now I’m faced with finding a system that works for me.
I figured I should go with something that suits me. I like things nice and orderly. I’m a bit OCD so I like to know I’ve ticked the boxes and I’m doing things right.
If the steps were planned meals or exercise routines then I’d need to tick off that it was complete. This way I know I’m sticking to the game plan.
I tried a lot of dieting systems with varying levels of success. Some costing silly amounts of money. I joined online forums and read lots of books and Ebooks.
I actually discovered a neat system that has a computer generated diet planner. Better still it doesn’t restrict my meal sizes! It takes all the stress out of planning the correct meals and diet.
Remember me saying I like to tick off the boxes every day? This system does that for me. Pardon the pun but this system ticks all my boxes!

Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.
I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.
I went for years just yo-yoing up and down with my weight. Mostly up but some downs. I was all of a sudden diagnosed with diabetes.
Was it caused by me being overweight? I don’t know and I don’t think I’ll find that one out. But I know it gave me the shock of my life.
