A great high intensity cardio workout would be doing wind sprints insted of the boring treadmill. This will increase your resting metabolic rate and will burn even more fat while maintaining the integrity of the muscle you have developed over the months.

Until you know what level of definition you are looking for my suggestion would be to do 4 high intensity cardio workouts each week.
